Based in: Empire Group’s Branch Office in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines
Supported by the: City of Science Fund
The Philippines is plagued by numerous development issues, including the lack of proper infrastructure for the distribution of clean water to its citizens. The Clean Water & Sanitation Foundation will be active in implementing various Technologies of Project Galileo to purify urban and rural water sources, and sanitize water delivery infrastructure, for the Philippine City of Science in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, and throughout the Philippine Archipelago. Technologies such as super-oxygenation, chemical treatment, bacterial treatment, and filtering will be studied for application to the problem of impure water distribution, so that permanent and environmental solutions can be proposed, and implemented. Once successful models can be implemented, the Foundation will carry its work to the other Terrestrial Cities of Science, their Host Countries, and other nations in need.
